How to disable Synchronizing thru scripts.

My Requirement something like this,
Currently i am having configuration values Publisher server and database. But i donot have Subscriber server and Subscriber database. These will be created after installation of Replication setup. So, that i want to disable sysnchronization process at initail movement. After Subscriber SErver and database are created, then i will enable sysnchronization process, so that replication all data and transactions(that are happened after installation).

Nothing will be replicated until you create your subscribers, so you have nothing to worry about.
