I am going to change a DTS package but I want to script current DTS to be able to recover it in case of an emergency. How can I script a DTS package?

Far away from office, I remember that: Right click on job, script job.
I don`t remember if that work for all jobs or individual.

A friend suggested right click on DTS and click on Versions. It seems SQL-Server maintains different versions of DTS package whenever it is saved. Having this feature, I can go back and reload previous DTS in case of an emergency.

That helps if you can maintain(script) the DTS package on every modification affected.
