SQL Server Performance

server listing is empty - analysis manager -snapin

    Guys, really annoying problem where after an install of analysis services pack SP3 from RTM (8.00.382) the registered servers have disappeared?

    Done some research and executed these two commands:

    regsvr32 "C:program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedRepostry
    epodbc.dll"
    regsvr32 "C:program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedRepostry
    epbrui.dll"

    but still did not help.

    You can get access to the OLAP server/cubes from the DTS but not from analysis manager.
    You can get access from another machine using analysis manager (test box), but can't on the production one?

    Should we go to SP4 and if so can AS SP4 live alongside SQL Server SP3?

    May be problem with client tools?
    Have you tried the same using another client's machine?

    Installed SP4 for Analysis and the problem went away, but...

    Another issue arises when you process the cubes via DTS -
    "Error string: invalid clipboard format - Partition X must be processed before merging"

    What is this and how you fix?
