SQL DBA Contractor in Chicago

I am looking for a SQL DBA for a contract position with initial duration of 3 months. The skills i am looking for are

Database Monitoring and Administration
Performance tunning
Database Design
Database Programming.

Though the initial duration of the contract is 3 months, if the candidate is excellent i can go for full time employment as well.
