Experts, Can you help me please? I'm trying to learn how to manage a SQL Server. I wanted to replicate my database from my SQL Server 2000 Standard Ed. to my SQL Server 2000 Professional installed in one of my work station. I have tried to follow some on-line tutorials that I found but I still have this error. during my first sync. but the first snapshot was a success. I really need your help. Here is the error that I get: AGENT error 20048 : The process could not connect to Subscriber 'BCOY'. Data Source error 18452 : Login failed for user 'sa'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection. Thanks Experts!

This problem is more likely to occur when both Multi-Protocol and TCP/IP sockets trusted connections are attempted from the same client computer. Connection stress also makes the problem more likely to occur. Use one of the following workarounds: Use trusted connections over named pipes where appropriate. Disable multiprotocol for SQL Server using the Server Network Utility.
