SQL Server BOL and Visual Studio 2005 SP1 notes from SQL Server 2005 SP4 release

    The recent posts about SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 4 were referred as to download the documentation (aka BOL) and update your local copies. In fact you do not need to update the BOL as the help documentation have not been updated for SP4 and only reference you will find as SP3 (as current) or latest release (so do not panic).
