SQL Server Performance

Sql Server Issues-Access denied.

    I was trying to help someone with there SQL server and move there database to another volume because there were running out of drive space. I changed the startup parameteres and now i get "Server either does not exist or Access denied" I am trying to put back the origial parameters, but I can't even connect to the database to make changes. It does not make any sense. Anybody Have any clues.

    I feel for startup parameters we just pass master database data path,log path and error log path.
