    Hi All,
My issue is i already have SQL SERVER 2003 enterprise edition installed on a sql server 2003 clustering as an active/active mode.i've even the IIS in place and is all good n running.but now,on enhancing, they've come up with a new SAN and wanted me to move all the DB to the new SAN.is there any possible easy method to do this or do i need to uninstall everything after takin backup and even shud i do the OS reformatting?

    Suggestions pls..

    Thanks,
    AK.

    Hi ya,

personally I would get two new servers, build up the cluster with the new SAN and then transfer the databases using backup/restore.

This allows you some good testing, and an easy fall back if it all goes awry

    Cheers
    Twan
