    Hello,

Refer to the SQL 2005 books online for the topic 'Migrating Data Transformation Services Packages' for more information.

There is a tool released by microsoft.
But many occasions, I had to rewrite whole thing again for SSIS.

That is another compulsion from Microsoft to work with SSIS and fading out the DTS, I feel in order to get latest features you should get used to newer products.

Thank you. May be any ready-to use solution exists except Microsoft one?

You might see for any third party tools, but I haven't seen any such so far.
