    Hi All-
I have been asked to upgrade Reporting Services from SQL server 2008 SQL Server (enterprise ) to SQL 2008 R2 (datacenter) I havent performed this task before and i am looking forward for you guys to share any step by step article, links or suggestions in this regard
Also i ran upgrade advisor tool, it prompted be with below error message
"custom extension or assembly were detected on the report server". Upgrade Advisor detected one or more custom data processing extensions on the report server. Upgrade can continue but you must move the data processing extension assemblies to the new installation folder

As I have handled many upgrading projects in the past, I say thats just a warning to report about the custom extension assemble that you are using in your soure server. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms153561(v=SQL.90).aspx for more details about using Custom Assemblies with Reports, and http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms152934(v=SQL.90).aspx for more details about reporting service extension.
As it says the upgrade will continue and if you are using the custom extensions then they have to deployed back in R2 instance once upgrade is finished.
