Is there a way using performance monitor to moinitor a 64 bit SQL cluster envirnoment from a 32 bit computer (xp computer)? From a 32 bit computer, I can use the non-instance specific counters but when I tried to use the SQLserver Replication Dist counter which is instance specific, it won't show any database instances in the listing. This problem goes for all counters which are instance specific. I assume ithe problem is caused by the performance monitor software difference between 32 bit and 64 bit since the local perfmon is working fine on the 64 bit node.
Any pointers on this is very much appreciated.
