I haven’t written a notice like this before but I thought it was my duty to let you all know the situation regarding a former advertiser on SQL Server Performance.com .
After ove 18 months of requesting payment of amounts owed dating back two years from Sonasoft I finally received the response :

Sonasoft is passing through tough times and we will not be able to pay now. Sonasoft is working to raise funds. We will inform you once the cash flow situation improves.

You can draw your own conclusions from this. But in my opinion Sonasoft is either fraudulent (renewing advertising contracts with no intention of paying for it) or in immediate danger of folding and not being able to support its products.
Please let me know if you have had bad experiences with Sonasoft and I will update this page.
